Jeannette Glennon, LSW

Jeannette Glennon is a licensed Social Worker, who is also a Registered Horticultural Therapist and a Certified EAGALA Mental Health Practitioner for Equine Therapy.  She started her Social Work career in 1994, after graduating from The Catholic University of America with her MSW.  She has worked in various settings of home health, group home environments, supervised apartments for people with disabilities, inpatient psych, foster homes for adults/children with developmental disabilities, The American Red Cross (crisis response), assisted living facility, inpatient physical rehabilitation and outpatient mental health. Jeannette is honored to be part of someone’s journey in a holistic way.  She uses an integrated approach from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Person-centered Therapy and nature-based mindfulness.  She has assisted others with issues in stress management, anxiety, depression/suicide, obsessive-compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma, addiction behaviors, neurodevelopmental disorders and dysfunction in relationship/communication with partners and family. She specializes in the adult and senior population to create goals with positive outcomes.
